SPIN is part of UTMB's InfoEd system and provides an online resource that helps faculty, students, and staff quickly find relevant programs available to fund all types of research. Tracking approximately 40,000 funding opportunities across thousands of governments, foundations, and commercial entities around the world, SPIN makes it easy to locate potential sources of funding.

The UTMB Research Expert Profiles are intended to assist both UTMB and external researchers locate collaborators, and easily find associated research output and grant awards. UTMB Research Profiles are available for all faculty and students enrolled in postdoctoral programs. UTMB Researchers can easily update their profiles by logging in through the Pure Portal.
