• Effort Announcement for Fourth Quarter
  • The 4th Quarter Effort Reporting period begins 10/15/2025 with certification starting 11/12/2025 and ending 12/18/2025.  The effort period closeout ends 1/16/2026, and all effort cards must be certified and processed by the end of this day.
  • If you are a new PI who has not taken effort training currently, please contact your Lead Effort Coordinator for instructions.
• There will be a brief InfoEd Outage on Tuesday, September 2, 2025 at 6PM.  Service is expected to be restored by 7PM.
• Reminder to UTMB Researchers:
  
  • The CITI Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR) Module must be completed by August 31, 2025.
