Process to Receive Letter of Support
Research Administration proudly serves as a partner to our research faculty members, providing valuable support and resources from funding identification to project completion. This includes facilitating letters of support.
Please note that Natalia A. Glubisz, MHA, CRA, Associate Vice President for Research Administration, will be your first point of contact for any grant proposals that require a letter of support from the Provost’s Office. Documents are needed at least six weeks prior to the deadline (depending on the RFA deadline) so that there is ample time for review by numerous units. If there are any financial commitments included in the letter, this adds additional review time.
To receive a letter of support, please send the following via email to Natalia:
- Draft letter (please make sure there are no typos or formatting errors)
- Full budget
- Budget justification
- Scope of Work
Once she reviews the documents, she will inform the Provost’s Office the letter can be signed.
If you have any questions, please contact Natalia.
