• Effort Announcement for Second Quarter
  • The 2nd Quarter Effort Reporting period begins 04/22/2026 with certification starting 05/02/2026 and ending 06/25/2026.  The effort period closeout ends 06/25/2026, and all effort cards must be certified and processed by the end of this day.
  • New Principal Investigators who have not yet completed the required effort reporting training can access instructions here to  self-assign training
  • Please contact your Lead Effort Coordinator for further assistance.
• There will be a brief InfoEd Outage on Tuesday, September 2, 2025 at 6PM.  Service is expected to be restored by 7PM.
• Reminder to UTMB Researchers:
  
  • The CITI Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR) Module must be completed by August 31, 2025.
