Research Analytics, Data and Systems (RADS)

RADS provides the creation and on-going maintenance for all award and project account setup in InfoEd and PeopleSoft FMS. This includes the review and verification of documentation, as well as data entry for the following types of requests:

• 2590, Date Extensions, Amendments, Supplements
• Advanced and Pre-Award Spending
• New Awards/Contracts, Non-Competes, Budget References, Projects
• Relinquishments, Terminations
• A/R Module, Fee Revenue, ICRD and Commitment projects
• PI Changes and Misc requests

During the award setup process more than 100 fields either receive data input or are reviewed for data accuracy and each setup request completed through our team receives a thorough quality control review before finalization.
