Ten years ago, the Gulf region faced the worst environmental disaster in U.S. history. In the decade following the Deepwater Horizon explosion and oil spill, our attention turned to offshore oil production and the risks it poses to the people who live and work in affected communities and to the environment.On Tuesday, April 28, 2020, from 3:00 to 4:00 PM Eastern, GRP invites you to join a webinar to reflect on the Deepwater Horizon oil spill in 2010 and how it has shaped our understanding of offshore energy safety, environmental protection, and human health and community resilience today and in the future.
