Jun 25, 2020, 16:36 PM by Melodi Moore
The Mike Hogg Fund is a Texas trust formed in 1955 exclusively for promotion of medical research, medical education and the providing of medical and hospital care.  Grant requests are accepted from June 1 - October 15 and are considered at the Fund's Annual Meeting each year.

For FY21, it is requested that grant applications be restricted to proposals that further the advancement of clinical care through education and/or the implementation of new diagnostic or therapeutic techniques.  If a project includes human research, a Protection of Human Subjects Assurance Certification must be completed and signed.  Applications should be for small grants or seed money as the average grant is in the $20,000-$25,000 range.

The application form is a simple word document that you can request by emailing Melodi Moore. Each proposal will need to mail four (4) copies of the document to the address on the application form.
