On April 28, the Council on Governmental Relations updated the matrix keeping all changes to federal guidance in one place.  This document addresses late proposal acceptance, allowability of salaries and other project activities - including travel, how to deal with trainees, no cost extensions and progress/financial reporting among many other project-related issues that may occur during this temporary cessation of regular work practices.
