The National Library of Medicine has an archive of about 17,000 motion pictures.  Some are charming, others quite difficult. The UTMB Institute for Medical Humanities will host Michael Sappol, PhD, History of Science & Ideas, Uppsala University and Former Scholar-in-Residence and Curator-Historian at the National Library of Medicine for MEDICAL MOVIES starting at 5:00 pm., Tuesday, December 4 in the Levin Hall South Auditorium.
