Last week the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) posted a graphic to visualize the allocations across science agencies and how they compared to the Administration requests and House and Senate budget bills. Especially interesting is the 7.2% increase to $5.3 billion for NIAID, a 25.7% increase to $2.6 billion for NIA (including Alzheimer's funding), a 5.1% increase to $2.8 billion for NIGMS, a 5.5% increase to $3.4 billion for NHLBI, and a 5.2% increase to $0.7 billion for NCATS.
