No refunds will be made after March 1, 2024. Refunds are not given for no-shows. Registration substitutions from the same institution are accepted. All fees will be reimbursed if the program is canceled.

The conference will take place on the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston’s 135-year-old campus in its new state of the art Health Education Center. Registration is $200 and includes all conference sessions and Monday breakfast and lunch.

Travel to and around Galveston

Galveston is accessible via two airports - William H. Hobby Airport about 40 miles from Galveston and George Bush Intercontinental Airport about 70 miles from Galveston. Both support domestic and international travelers. Transportation from these airports to Galveston and within Galveston can be secured by commercial  shuttle services, taxi or commercial ride services such as Uber and Lyft.  Car rental providers also are available at the airport. Galveston has limited public transportation services. Downtown Galveston is easily walkable; the hotel is roughly a mile (13 city blocks) to campus.
