Work Order Request Procedures

Please follow the instructions below based on which area requires equipment to be serviced.

• For Shriner Burns Hospital

Please fill out the online form click here. In case of an emergency, please note it on the online form and a technician will be paged.

• UTMB: Research Equipment

To submit a work order request, please *click here for required information*. Then login to PeopleSoft and fill out an Internal Service Request for RTS. In case of an emergency, please call 772-9347(x29347) and specify that the request in an emergency.

• UTMB: Clinical Patient Care Equipment
