UTMB’s Machine Shop is a full fledged facility, staffed with experienced machinists and support personnel. The shop maintains its own inventory of materials and supplies,
including plexiglass, stainless steel, brass and aluminum.
Shop equipment consists of assorted lathes, mills, drill presses as well as a
CNC (Computer Numeric Control) milling machine (pictured below)
