Background and Aims:
The Texas-United Kingdom Collaborative Research Initiative in association with The Institute for Human Infections & Immunity and the McLaughlin Symposia in Infection & Immunity of the Texas Medical Branch, Galveston, will host a workshop focusing on infectious diseases at the interface of animal and human health at the San Luis Hotel, Galveston, Texas, February 25-27, 2005. The aims of the workshop are:
- To enable researchers from participating institutions in Texas and their colleagues from the UK to showcase relevant research activities.
- To allow researchers to network with colleagues and explore collaborative opportunities.
