This is the agreement that grants a right to a licensee to practice university patented technology in exchange for consideration, usually in the form of reimbursement for patent costs, licensing fees, and royalties on sales of the product using the technology. There is no typical licensing agreement, and every one tends to be unique. The License Agreements are negotiated by the Center with the cooperation of the inventor(s).
