Office of Clinical Research (OCR)
The Office of Clinical Research (OCR) at The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston was established in June 2011 as a joint initiative between Research Services and the Institute for Translational Sciences (ITS) as part of the Clinical Translational Science Award (CTSA). The Office of Clinical Research is a multidisciplinary service organization that supports faculty with sponsored clinical trials and investigator-initiated clinical research projects. We strive to create an office with a focus on client satisfaction, fiscal stewardship, professional development and research integrity.
