The Office of Clinical Research (OCR) provides financial consultation at no cost to Principal Investigators and their department. OCR has a designated coverage analyst available to assist Principal Investigators in determining if a clinical trial is a Medicare-qualifying trial and in identification of routine costs. OCR also provides budget development, negotiations and management services.
